GENERAL REGULATION
| This exhibition is organized by FEED BACK EVENT, named the Organizer, according to the regulation of the F.F.S ( French Federation of exhibitions) and to the clauses of the compact of the C.W.T.C occupancy of Jarry at which the Organizer have to satisfy requirements as well as the exhibitor.
In addition to the insurance including exposed objects and more generally all the variable components of the or other belong to him, the exhibitor have to take out insurance, on his own account, which covering all the risk that himself and his staff incur or make incur to a third party. The Organizer is reputed shuffled off of all commitments, notably in case of loss, theft or any damages. The Organizer commit himself to make secure by a safekeeping service from the Thursday 24th on the evening to the Monday 28th on the morning, nevertheless, the Organizer could not be blamed for thefts, and disappearances which could happen in the area where the exhibition takes place. Outside of the area where the exhibition takes place the security is not the competence of the Organizer. The insurance subscribed by the exhibitor must comprise unequivocal clause of release to appeal to the organizer.
The locations are ascribed in priority to the companies which have sent back their book agreement and their advance fee.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the location of a booth, if it is necessary, in functions of the evolution of the event and the competitive context of the exhibitors.
A booth cannot be port or sublet without the agreement of the Organizer.
Only the represented companies which have producted an intention of representation and whom the initiation fee has been paid, could appear in the catalogue of the Exhibition. If the destination of the company is not full, information could not be taken into consideration.
The total amount of the booking is owed since the signature of the contract, payments should be executed in accordance to the due date file scheduled.
In case of revocation, cancellation of contract or of request of reduction of the area allocated, for any date or for any reasons, the company signer of this present contract remains indebted for the wholeness of the amount of its booking all taxes included and all invoices regarding it and even if there is a postponement in location of the expanse.
In the absence of the payment of only one of the expiries, the sum-total of the balance amount of the price and the accrued interest will become automatically and immediately due for payment, 15 days after the shipment of a letter of formal notice to pay which remains without effect, it makes mention of the organizer to use of this clause without any more juridic requirement.
The non-payment of the total amount of the booking 15 before the exhibition involves in any event the cancellation of the right to dispose of the booth without being exempted from the obligatoins of payment.
The payment of the performance and additional costs should be made since the receipt of the invoice sent by the Organizer. Penalty for delay of order or payment will on charge of the attendee.
The Exhibitor commit himself in occupying the booth all through the run of the exhibition.
Any payback won't be possible if the exhibitor's material doesn't arrive in time. The Organizer will freely dispose of all the booth of whom holders that had not presented himself the day before the opening (day of organization, the 24th of November) before 18 o'clock, without that the company signer is exempted from the payment obligation.
The exhibitor has the responsability to give life to his booth, to decorate and assure a presence between 9 o'clock on the morning and 20 on the evening and as well during the evening reception which hours will be publicize before the opening of the event.
The exhibitor who wants a telephonic installation have to put back a written request to the Organizer. On the charge of the Organizer to communicate it to France Telecom.
The Organizer disclaims all responsability in case of defective functioning of telephonic lines. The Exhibitor who wants to put in place an internet access have to made the request to the supplier of access of his choice. The Organizer disclaims all responsability in cas of defective functioning of the lines and of the hit network.
The deadline of untangling of booths have imperatively to be respected, that is to say at the very latest the 28th at 12 o'clock precise.
The Organizer is exonerated from all responsabilities relating to any damages ( including any enjoyment disturbances and all any commercial damages) which can be suffered by exhibitors for any reasons and notably for the delay in the openign of the exhibition, the closure or the destruction of booths, blazes, any disasters, etc....
The Organizer notices on the plans, with the more precise measures as it is possible. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the light differences which could be noted between the coasts indicated and real dimensions of the site.
If, for case of absolute necessity, (sinister destroying the place of the demonstration, war, natural disaster, etc... without this enumeration presenting an exhaustive character), it became impossible to carry out the demonstration, the Organizer reserves the right of cancellation.
The exhibitors will be advised written. After payment of the engaged expenditure, the whole amount remaining possibly available will be distributed between the exhibitors with the proportion of the sums paid by each one. If, for personal reasons, the Organizer cancelled the demonstration, then, the Exhibitor would be completely cash in of the amount which he would have paid.
No one cannot be allowed in the enclosure of the demonstration without presenting a title emitted or allowed by the Organizer. This one reserves the right to expel any person whose behavior would justify, according to him, such an action.
The Exhibitor commits himself to moderate the level of noise and respecting the usual proprieties. The control and the discipline of the exhibition are the responsibility of the Organizer. This one reserves himself the right to prohibit whole or part of the materials, panels or products not corresponding to the standards of the exhibition. No note, panel, or other cannot be placed outside the attributed stand.
The file of the entries is the exclusive property of the Organizer.
The present conditions have value of contract.
In the event of litigation on the application or the interpretation of this contract, only the Commercial court of the seat of the Organizer will be qualified.
